  1. You must read these Terms and Conditions before making a reservation for our services. By making a reservation, you have accepted all of these terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and policies are made for the purpose of providing comfort and a sense of mutual security between service providers and service users.

3.     Price

We always try to provide the best price for the services you will order at a reasonable price. The prices we offer may vary depending on the desired service package and the number of participants. There are no hidden fees during the tour unless you add services in the middle of the tour.

4.     Reservation

  1. After you agree to use our services, you will receive a final confirmation email as the final confirmation of your booking.
  2. Service orders are considered successful if you have made a deposit/ down payment in accordance with the conditions provided.
  3. You as a customer are required to provide information such as arrival schedules, pick-up and drop-off points, and customer information needed during the tour.
  4. If in the future there are additional participants, the price will be adjusted again. If it is related to the reduction of participants, please read the points on Cancellation, Modification and Refund.

5.     Payment

  1. The customer is required to make a deposit or down payment in accordance with the provisions.
  2. All payments must be free of bank fees and credit card transaction surcharges. Bromobackpackers is not responsible for fees charged or incurred by third parties and/or financial institutions and paid by clients as a result of credit cards or other payment transactions in connection with purchasing tours.
  3. Non-cash payments can be made by PayPal, Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
  4. Rest payment is made at pick-up in IDR cash according to the fee written on the invoice. We can accept cash payments in foreign currencies with the exchange rates set by Bromobackackers.
  5. If you want to pay non-cash rest, please note that payment is received by Bromobackpackers before the tour ends. Bromobackpacker does not accept late payments.

6.     Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  1. By making a reservation at Bromobackpackers, you are deemed to have understood, accepted and agreed to the cancellations, modifications, and refunds policies and conditions. Please note that certain rates or offers are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
  2. Bromobackpackers do not provide refunds caused by unpredictable weather factors. For blue fire conditions at Mt. Ijen, the customer must obey the prohibition to go down into the crater if the crater emits thick and a lot of sulfur gas.
  3. Bromobackpackers will provide refunds (entrance tickets, jeeps, local guides) if a Force Majeure event occurs which can cause delays/non-implementation due to the closure of tourist attractions. Refund based on include program in itinerary.
  4. For every cancellation of the order that the customer makes, Bromobackpackers will make a refund under the following conditions:
    • Cancellations received no later than 21 days prior to the start of the tour are subject to no cancellation fee
    • Cancellations received no later than 7 days before the start of the tour are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit amount
    • Cancellations received no later than 3 days before the start of the tour are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit amount
    • Cancellations received less than 3 days before the start of the tour are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit amount

We do not bear admin fees or tax for customer refund transactions.

  1. Regarding the reduction in the number of participants, Bromobackpackers will take action with the following conditions:
    • If the information is received not less than 7 days, there will be a price adjustment according to the number of new participants.
    • If the information is received less than 7 days, the price cannot be changed and no refunds.

7.     Data User Policy

  1. We regard your privacy as important.
  2. When you make a reservation, we will need your personal data as an administration to prepare the tour. In principle, your data will be used by us to provide services to you. We will ask for personal data from the total participants for us to use for the purpose of registering visitors to tourist attractions, crossing tickets, and booking hotels to stay.

8.     Other Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  2. The languages used for these Terms and Conditions are Indonesian and English. In the event that there are differences in understanding or interpretation of the two languages, the Indonesian language shall prevail.
